Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me - Cure Tribute Tacoma Concert reviews
Disappointed
On Sunday, September 12th, three members of my family and I bought tickets to watch Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me - Cure Tribute. Our expenses included just under $300 for a hotel room and over $400 for the tickets. Additionally, all of us took Monday off work. When we reached the concert, the weather seemed clear initially, but within 45 minutes, there was a sudden downpour, and staff advised us to seek shelter. Suggestions on the large screen recommended people to remain in their cars, but as we had walked to the venue, we did not have a vehicle to retreat to. To return to our hotel, which was only 0.5 miles away, we had to spend $40 on an Uber. Upon our return, we discovered that the concert had already resumed. With the venue being in a residential area, we were informed that Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me - Cure Tribute would have to stop performing at 11:00pm, and it was already 10:15. If we had re-entered the concert at that point, we would have only caught about 20 minutes of the performance. Having spent close to $1000, we are hopeful that DTE will provide us with a form of compensation as we did not get to hear a single song performed.
